FLIPPING STARS

Flipping Stars is an exciting introduction to gymnastics for children aged 4 and 5 older, blending fun with foundational skill-building. In this program, young gymnasts learn basic skills like forward rolls, jumps, and cartwheels while gaining strength, flexibility, and coordination. Each class includes engaging activities that teach focus, teamwork, and discipline in a playful environment.
