Please review and agree to the following terms before submitting your registration. Gymnastics & Art Liability Waiver I understand that participation in gymnastics and art activities involves some risk. I agree that Gina’s Gymnastics and its staff are not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during class. I assume all responsibility for my child’s participation. Photo/Video Release I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during Art in Motion classes. These may be used for promotional purposes on Gina’s Gymnastics' website, social media, or printed materials. (Parents may opt out by contacting us directly.) Terms & Conditions Agreement I acknowledge that Art in Motion is a two-hour integrated program and that tuition is non-refundable once payment is made. I agree to adhere to all studio policies regarding attendance, dress code, and behavior expectations.
